Send a contact-form message
Relays a marketing-site contact form to the chosen department’s mailbox, with the sender as Reply-To. Fields are trimmed and silently cut to their maximum length. A filled-in website honeypot gets a fake 200 and the message is dropped. Limited to 5 messages per IP per hour (in memory). 502 if the mail couldn’t be sent.
