Email a password reset link
Always answers 200 once the captcha passes, whether or not the address has an account. If it does, a one-hour reset link is emailed (or, with no mail provider configured, logged on dev only). The link dies as soon as the password changes. Requires a Cloudflare Turnstile token. Rate-limited to 10 requests per 15 minutes per IP.
