Boot into a rescue image
Network-boots the box into a rescue image; disks are left alone. Answers 202 with a task id and, when the image takes one, a freshly generated root password for the rescue system — returned here and nowhere else. Needs operate access and a manageable billing status. 409 while another job is running; 422 when there’s no TenantOS id.
