List your dedicated servers
Dedicated servers you own plus any shared with you through a team, newest first. Database only — hardware comes from the
cached TenantOS answer (or the inventory row before there is one) and power from the poller’s columns, so this never
waits on TenantOS. Without limit every server is returned and nextCursor is omitted; with limit, nextCursor
says where the next page starts (null on the last page).
