Cancel a dedicated server
Owner only — team members get 404. Without immediate the service goes CANCELLED and runs to the end of the paid
period. With immediate: true the hardware is released back to stock right away and the service goes TERMINATED.
Either way active add-ons are cancelled, the reason is stored on the service, a CANCEL_IMMEDIATE or
CANCEL_END_OF_PERIOD audit entry is written and staff are notified. A missing or unparseable body counts as {}.
